Kane Williamson is now second in the ICC Test Rankings for batters with 883 points, gaining 51 rating points after his performance against Sri Lanka. He trails Marnus Labuschagne by 32 points.

Sixth double-ton; 8,000 runs

Kane Williamson scored his sixth double-century and became the first New Zealand batter to complete 8,000 runs in Tests during the SL series. He also struck his 28th century in Test cricket.
