Smashed an
unbeaten 106 off 60 balls

Rajasthan Royals opener Jos Buttler
pummelled a 60-ball 106* against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Qualifier 2 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 on Friday.

First batter with
800+ runs this season

Buttler has also crossed the 800-run mark in IPL 2022. He is only the third player after Virat Kohli and David Warner to score over 800 runs in one IPL edition.

Four hundreds
in a single IPL edition

The way Buttler progressed, clocking four hundreds in IPL 2022 seemed very much in reach. He has now equaled Kohli's record of most hundreds in one edition (four).

Joint second-most hundreds in IPL

Buttler scored his maiden ton in IPL 2021.
He now has five IPL hundreds, joint second-most alongside Kohli. He only ranks behind Chris Gayle (six hundreds).

Sixth to score
a ton in IPL playoffs

Buttler's Qualifier 2 mayhem resulted in him joining an elite list of cricketers. He has now become only the sixth player to have scored
a hundred in IPL playoffs.

Fourth-most
sixes in an IPL edition

Buttler hit six sixes on Friday to race to
45 sixes in IPL 2022. He now ranks fourth among players with the most sixes in an IPL edition. Gayle (59) tops the chart.

Most runs in
playoffs in single season

Buttler now also holds the feat of most runs
in the playoffs in a single IPL edition (195).
The Englishman has bettered Warner's tally
of 190 runs from IPL 2016.
