Indian shuttler HS Prannoy ended his quest for a place in the semis at the BWF World Tour Finals on Thursday. Prannoy lost to China's Guang Zu Lu 21-23, 21-17, 19-21 in his second round-robin match.

Prannoy lost his opening round match

On Wednesday, Prannoy suffered a defeat versus an in-form Kodai Naraoka of Japan 11-21, 21-9, 17-21 in the opening match in Bangkok, Thailand.
