India's men's cricket team clinched a nine-wicket victory against Bangladesh in the 2023 Asian Games semi-final, advancing to the final.
Tilak Varma's sensational half-century led India to triumph in just 9.2 overs. He reached his fifty off just 25 balls.
On the challenging Hangzhou track, Varma scored an unbeaten 55 off 26 balls. He slammed two fours and six sixes.
This marked his second T20I fifty. He now owns a total of 231 runs in nine games at a strike rate of 142.59.
Varma also became the first Indian to score two T20I fifties before turning 21.
