Spotify's AI DJ has expanded to 50 global markets, offering personalized music recommendations based on users' tastes.

Mobile app accessibility

Accessible via the mobile app on iOS or Android, it combines personalization technology, generative AI, and a dynamic voice for a unique experience.

Beta launch success

Initially launched in beta in the US and Canada, it later arrived in the UK and Ireland. AI DJ is still not available in India.

The voice model is based on Spotify's Xavier Jernigan, head of cultural partnerships. The feature is still in its beta stage.

How-to

Users can access DJ from Music Feed on the Home Page or Made For You hub under the Search tab. The DJ will also take users to new content if they aren't happy.
