The Galaxy S23 Ultra will sport a top-centered punch-hole cut-out, IP68-rated dust and water resistance, an under-display fingerprint scanner, and stylus support.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra will sport a 6.8-inch QHD+ AMOLED panel, a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. A new leak suggests 1,750-nits of peak brightness on the device.

Cameras

The Galaxy S23 Ultra will feature a 200MP ISOCELL HP2 main, a 12MP ultra-wide, and 10MP telephoto and periscope lenses with 3x and 10x zoom, respectively. Up front, it will get a 12MP selfie camera.

Internals

The Galaxy S23 Ultra will house an overclocked version of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It will boot Android 13-based One UI 5, and pack a 5,000mAh battery.

Pricing

The Galaxy S23 Ultra is tipped to start at $1,199 (nearly Rs. 97,800) for the base 8GB/256GB model. The official pricing will be revealed on February 1.
