Chatbot outage

OpenAI's ChatGPT chatbot experienced an outage on February 27 and 28. The company confirmed the outage and attributed it to database instabilities.

After initial fixes did not work, OpenAI took the chatbot temporarily offline. The service was first restored to paying customers.
