The Motorola RAZR 40 Ultra's cover screen started showing scratches at level 6, with deeper grooves at level 7. The flexible inner display showed scratches at level 2 and deeper grooves at level 3.

In the flame test, the exterior panel of the Motorola RAZR 40 Ultra got a non-recovering white burn after 20 seconds. The inner panel showed signs of pixel discoloration just after six seconds.
