Motorola's next-generation flip-style foldables, RAZR 40 and RAZR 40 Ultra, are now official in China. The smartphones have debuted in the global market as RAZR and RAZR+, respectively.

Design
The RAZR 40 is like Galaxy Z Flip4, design-wise. However, the RAZR 40 Ultra features a bigger, more practical cover screen. They bear IP52 rating, aluminum frame, and Gorilla Glass Victus (for cover).

The RAZR 40 and RAZR 40 Ultra sport a 6.9-inch main display, with 144Hz and 165Hz refresh rates, respectively. On the outside, they have 1.5-inch and 3.6-inch displays, respectively.

The RAZR 40 sports a 64MP (OIS) primary and a 13MP ultra-wide sensor. The RAZR 40 Ultra offers a 12MP (OIS) main and a 13MP ultra-wide snapper. For selfies, they offer a 32MP (f/2.4) front camera.

The RAZR 40 houses a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC. The RAZR 40 Ultra is backed by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The handsets boot Android 13. They have 4,200mAh and 3,800mAh batteries, respectively.

The RAZR 40 starts at CNY 3,999 (nearly Rs. 46,550) for the 8GB/128GB model. The RAZR 40 Ultra begins at CNY 5,699 (around Rs. 66,300) for the 8GB/256GB model.
