Design
The CAD-based renders reveal that some big design changes are coming to the iPhone 15. It will get a 6.2-inch OLED display and a Dynamic Island, which debuted on the iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max models.
3
Charging
In addition to Dynamic Island, another noticeable change on the upcoming iPhone 15 is the Type-C connector at the bottom, which replaces the Lightning port found on the previous iPhones.
4
Controls
The iPhone 15 will feature physical volume and power buttons instead of the capacitive buttons that are rumored for the iPhone 15 Pro variants. Though it'll continue to use a mute switch on the left.
5
Compliance
Apple may comply with Europe's common charger policy and make the Type-C port standard across iPhone 15 series. This connector will support faster charging and transfer speeds than the Lightning port.
