It involves ignoring or sidelining your stamina, body requirements, and fitness goals, and instead blindly following what's advertised or told to achieve fitness.

Steroids can quickly enhance muscle mass, but they can also cause hormonal imbalances leading to side effects like facial hair growth in women and breast development in men.

You are doing the exercises wrong

Proper form is crucial in exercises to achieve desired results and avoid injuries. Many people overlook this and end up getting injured.

You are overdoing training

Pushing your body too hard during training can result in soreness, tiredness, anxiety, and depression. Resting more and understanding your body's capacity can help.

You are taking tips from non-experts

Instead of taking tips from a random person, judge your body requirements and fitness goals. Once figured out, consult an expert who can guide you the right way.

You think fitness means weight loss

Considering weight loss as an indication of improving health is not the case. Fitness is subjective and means different to everyone. Be clear about your goals.
