Black bean omelet

Grind boiled black beans with lime juice, hot sauce, and cumin powder. Cook two beaten eggs in a pan to make an omelet, add the mixture on one side. Top it with cheese. Fold and serve.

'Aloo chaat'

This quick and easy recipe requires you to just mix boiled potatoes, chaat masala, tamarind chutney, and green chutney in a bowl. And it is ready.

Cauliflower fried rice

Blend cauliflower to a rice-like consistency. Cook it with oil, vegetables, garlic, and scrambled eggs. Cover the pan until everything has cooked completely and it is ready.

Roasted mushroom

In a non-stick pan, heat butter and add garlic. Then add chopped mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Add a cheese slice on top. Mix it well and your dish is ready.

Sweet potato chicken salad

Mix boiled chicken and sweet potato in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix and serve. It can be customized with additional vegetables too.
