Thepla

Thepla, a fragrant flatbread from Gujarat made with whole wheat flour, gram flour, and spices is a perfect dish for vegans.

Chana masala 

Chana masala, a north Indian chickpea curry, is vegan by default. It is usually served with crispy deep-fried puffy bread known as puri.

Patra

Patra, a popular Gujarati and Maharashtrian snack, features stuffed rolled colocasia leaves. It may be enjoyed as a snack, or as a side dish.

Masala dosa

Masala dosa, a crispy pancake from South India, is filled with a spiced potato mixture. It is best served for breakfast or lunch and comes with chutney and sambar.

Medu vada 

Medu vada is a savory South Indian lentil fritter served with sambar and coconut chutney. These savory spiced doughnuts are made of black gram lentils mixed with some spices and herbs.
