Sooji halwa
Roast semolina in ghee. Add cardamom, sugar and mix well. Add milk and dry fruits and whisk. Cover the pan and let the mixture boil. Add more ghee and crushed dry fruits, mix and serve hot.
Semolina oregano popcorns
Mix corn kernels, salt, chili flakes, & semolina. Add milk & oregano to get a thick batter. Deep-fry small portions until golden and crisp. Sprinkle chaat masala & serve hot.
Semolina cake
Mix baking powder, coconut, semolina, and salt. Beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add egg yolks, the semolina mixture, rose essence, beaten egg whites & combine. Bake for 35 minutes.
Semolina dhokla
Mix sooji, yogurt, turmeric powder, green chilies, salt, ginger paste, & some water. Mix in oil and fruit salt. Transfer it to an oil-greased tray, cover it, & steam it for 10 minutes.
Sooji besan and atta laddoo
Roast semolina, besan, and atta separately in ghee and keep aside. Mix them together, and add cardamom seeds, sugar, & silvered almonds. Make small balls out of the mixture.
