Practice mindfulness while browsing, focusing on physical sensations and emotions. Prioritize being present in real life, setting aside phone-free moments with loved ones.

Set time restrictions on the app to prevent doom scrolling and potential addiction. You can also set a daily limit to use social media.

Post without expectations. Be authentic when posting, prioritizing integrity over reactions or 'likes.'
