Consume a nutritious diet and hot beverages to support a robust immune system and stay warm during winter.

Regular exercise helps generate body heat and maintain warmth. Your muscles flex when you exercise, which breaks down more nutrients and produces more heat.

Keep your feet and hands cozy with woolen socks and insulating gloves. If your floors are often cold, keep a pair of indoor slippers at hand.

Spend more time in the warmer, higher levels of your home for added comfort during the chilly months.
