Engage yourself in hobbies to cover up your idle moments. Consider playing board games, organizing your home, or trying crafts.

Scheduling fun events and looking forward to them is said to increase happiness. Make a list of fun events and look at it when you feel low.

Laugh and socialize

Laugh more by playing games, trying laugh yoga, or watching comedies. Furthermore, reach out to supportive friends, family, or coworkers for a mood-lifting conversation.
