Home remedies for stomach aches

Ginger

Ginger is a natural source of anti-inflammatory properties, making it effective in treating stomach aches. Sip on ginger ale or make ginger tea for relief.

Peppermint

Peppermint is a great ingredient for stomach aches. It has analgesic properties and can relieve pain. Sip on peppermint tea, suck on a peppermint candy, sniff extract, or chew leaves.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar restores the pH levels of your tummy and promotes the growth of healthy bacteria in the gut. Dilute some apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and drink.

Baking soda

Add 1/4 tablespoon of baking soda to a glass of water and sip on it. This will neutralize the pH levels in your stomach as baking soda is alkaline in nature.

Aloe vera

Aloe vera juice can cure stomach ailments like acidity, bloating, and ulcers. Put some aloe vera gel and water in a blender and blend until you attain a smooth concoction.
