Arrive early for paperwork and try recommended stretches before your chiropractic appointment.

Prior to the chiropractic session, you may be examined. The chiropractor might ask you to get tested or scanned.

Be aware of your pain points

Inform the chiropractor about your body's sensations, pain, stiffness, medical history, and lifestyle. This helps the chiropractor to give the right adjustments.

Wear comfortable clothes

Wear comfortable, loose-fitted clothes for easy positioning during the adjustment.

Avoid large meals

Avoid having large meals before the session and stay hydrated before the appointment to prevent discomfort.

Be calm

Discuss any concerns with your chiropractor and don't worry about popping sounds during the adjustment. These adjustments wouldn't be painful.
