Foods that reduce chronic pain

Breads, quinoa, brown rice, and oats

Rye bread and whole grain bread which produce fatty acids to reduce inflammation inside your system. Oats, quinoa, brown rice, bulgur, and barley lower inflammation markers.

Anti-inflammatory fruits

Consuming fruits like cherries, strawberries, oranges, pomegranates, blackberries, and blueberries daily can lessen pain due to their anti-inflammatory properties.

Extra virgin olive oil

A report by Ortho Arizona states that using olive oil in your meals can notably decrease arthritis pain and the many symptoms of inflammation. Many studies have proven its pain-killing abilities.

Herbs and spices

Turmeric, with its curcumin content, is effective in reducing inflammation and pain, along with other herbs and spices like cumin, garlic, ginger, black pepper, lavender, and rosemary.
