Apricots contain 3 mg per 100 grams, while spinach has 2.7 mg.

Amaranth

Amaranth, a superfood, offers 5-8 mg of iron per 100 grams, significantly more than spinach.

Chia seeds

Chia seeds also surpass spinach with 7.7 mg of iron per 100 grams, increasing red blood cell count and aiding internal cleansing.

Cashews

Cashews are another excellent source of non-heme iron, containing 6.7 mg per 100 grams.
