Doing wrist exercises can improve muscle movement and flexibility- especially for those who type frequently. Here is a list of simple exercises for your wrists.

Opening and closing fists
Take the arm wrestle posture, and make a fist. Open your fist and extend your fingers. Then make a fist again. Repeat this 10 times on each arm.

Wrist curls
This exercise can be done with a dumbbell or with body resistance. Sit and curl your wrist up 10 times on each arm while keeping your arm and shoulder still.

Prayer stretch
Stand in prayer position with fingertips up and palms just below your chin. Lower them with fingers together, until you feel a stretch. Hold it for 30 seconds. Repeat 4 times.

Rotations
This exercise involves rotating your palms up and down while holding your arms at a 90-degree angle and palms facing down. It can be done with or without weights.

Squeeze balls
This is a simple exercise that can be done while sitting or standing. Squeeze a tennis ball or stress ball and hold it with palms facing up. Repeat 10 times in each hand.
