Easy stretches for lower back relief

Gentle lying twists

Experience lower back relief with gentle stretches, such as lying twists held for 30 seconds on each side.

Seated forward bends

Try seated forward bends, holding for 10 to 30 seconds and repeating three to five times.

Cat stretches 

Engage in cat stretches and backward rocking motions on all fours for therapeutic relief.

Knee-to-chest exercise

Lie on your back and pull one knee toward your chest, holding for five seconds before switching legs.
