Remove makeup before bed

Remove makeup before bed to let your skin breathe at night. Avoid touching your face or popping zits to prevent breakouts.

Focus on inner glow

Consume fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid smoking and alcohol, and ensure adequate sleep and exercise for a healthy skin.

Use the right moisturizer

Choose a moisturizer that addresses uneven tones and maintains your skin's moisture barrier, thus preventing issues like irritation, acne, and eventual signs of aging.

Exfoliate regularly

Exfoliate once or twice a week with a soft scrub to remove dead skin cells for a fresh and radiant skin.

Don't skip sunscreen

Always apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect against wrinkles, age spots, and other sun-related skin issues.
