Plant-based meats are rich in protein and fiber, which makes them a good addition to one's daily diet. Low in calories, they also have small amounts of calcium, iron, and potassium.

Downsides

The biggest disadvantage of plant-based meats is that it lacks Omega-3 fatty acids. They also contain high amounts of sodium which increases the risk of high blood pressure. A
