Rosogolla

Curdle boiling milk with lemon juice. Drain water from the paneer, thoroughly. Knead it with semolina & shape it into small balls. Cook them in boiling water and dunk them in sugar syrup.

Kalakand

Cook milk and ricotta cheese until the excess liquid dries, then add sugar. Add rose water & cardamom & transfer the mixture to a mold. Once set, cut into cubes & garnish with roasted almonds.

Malpua

Make a batter with rice flour, maida, milk, & fennel seeds. Prepare a syrup with sugar, water & cardamom. Now heat a pan, add ghee & fry the batter until golden brown, then soak it in the syrup.

Mishti doi

Boil milk, add sugar & stir until the milk reduces to half. In another pan, caramelize brown sugar with water. Add it to the milk and cook again. Add hung curd & stir. Let it set overnight.

Cham cham

Drain, wash, and hang paneer for 30 minutes. Knead it with maida, semolina, baking powder, ghee, & cardamom powder. Shape the dough and boil them in sugar syrup, until slightly brown.
