Tandoori garlic roti

Prepare a dough using flour, oil, water and salt. Roll it, spread buttered chilies, ginger and garlic on top and roll again. Bake and serve hot.

Khameeri roti

Prepare dough using dry yeast, flour, water, milk, and sugar. Roll, add melon, kalonji, sesame seeds and coriander and roll again. Toast and serve.

Lauki roti

Add pureed lauki or bottle gourd and atta to a bowl and knead the dough well. Roll the rotis using a roller and cook well on a tawa. Serve hot.

Bajra methi missi roti

Made using bajra flour, wheat flour, chili powder, garlic, fenugreek, turmeric, paneer, yogurt, and coriander, these rotis can be served with green chutney.

Beetroot sesame roti

Made with beetroot, flour, sesame seeds, chili powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, salt, and coriander powder, these rotis are healthy and nutritious.
