Mango Lassi

To prepare this lassi, you will need mango
pulp, sugar, cold milk, yogurt,  and cardamom
powder. Garnish with chopped pistachios and saffron strands and serve chilled.

Mango colada

Blend together mango pieces, coconut water, and ice. Muddle basil leaves and sugar in a serving glass. Add coconut cream along
with the blended mixture. Mix well and
serve chilled.

Mango lemonade

Blend together mango, lemon juice, and
water. Boil sugar and remaining water
and let it cool. Add the mango mixture
and sugar syrup to a jar, mix well, and
garnish with mint leaves.

Aam panna

Cook green mangoes and blend the pulp
with sugar, cardamom powder, cumin
powder, salt, and pepper. To serve, add
one tablespoon of this concentrate to a
glass of cold water and enjoy!

Mango squash

This refreshing and cooling summer drink can be simply made at home by blending together mango pieces, sugar, and lemon juice. You can store it in sterilized bottles.
