Fry chopped garlic, add tofu & stir. Crack 2 eggs into the wok. Add boiled flat noodles & mix well. Stir in spring onions, peanuts, bean sprouts, lemon juice, chili powder, sugar, & soy sauce.
Udon noodles
Fry minced garlic & ginger in oil.Add soy sauce & rice vinegar. Toss noodles in the sauce & add crushed black pepper. Add bell peppers, spring onions, & bean sprouts. Mix & serve.
Desi chowmein
Fry sliced onions in oil. Add minced ginger-garlic, & some veggies & fry for 2 minutes. Add salt & black pepper, boiled noodles, vinegar, soy sauce, & green chili sauce. Serve hot.
Chicken chop suey
Mix vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, corn flour, & water. Heat oil & saute onions and garlic. Add chicken, capsicum, and the sauce & stir fry. Add deep fried noodles to this and enjoy.
Chili garlic noodles
Saute onions, grated carrots, ginger paste, salt, & chili garlic paste. Add cooked noodles & mix well. Add green chilis & schezwan chili sauce. Cook a little more and serve.
