Corn fritters
Saute onion, garlic, corn kernels, & green chilies. Make dough with it & maida, besan, polenta, baking powder, cumin powder, baking soda, paprika blits, & milk. Shape and deep-fry.
Corn pulao
Grind coconut, coriander leaves, & green
chili. Saute cumin seeds, bay leaf, onion, peppercorn, cloves, chili, coconut paste, & ginger-garlic paste. Add corn, rice, hot water, salt, & cook.
Corn cheese balls
Saute flour in butter, add milk & simmer. Add corn, coriander, green chili, salt, & cheese & mix. Shape into round balls, dip in flour-water slurry, roll in breadcrumbs & deep-fry.
Potato and
corn soup
Saute onions in butter, add bay leaves, corn, garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary, potatoes, water, & bell pepper, & cook. Blend and boil. Garnish with pepper, chives, & parsley.
Spicy corn chaat
Saute boiled sweet corn kernels in butter.
Turn off the flame, add chili powder, lemon
juice, black pepper, and salt & mix. Garnish with onions, tomatoes, salt, coriander, and sev.
