Mango pista kulfi

Blend together mangoes and cardamom.
Add sugar, heavy cream, milk, and vanilla
ice cream, and blend well. Pour into kulfi molds, garnish with pistachios and freeze
for eight hours.

Chocolate kulfi

Stir milk, cream, and milk powder in a
kadhai. Simmer and add sugar and stir.
Add chocolate chips, and vanilla extract
and mix. Pour into kulfi molds and freeze
for eight hours.

Watermelon kulfi

Mix pureed watermelon with cucumber
puree, chaat masala, sugar, salt, and
lemon juice. Pour into kulfi molds and
freeze for eight hours.

Coconut and
lychee kulfi

Stir milk powder, coconut flesh, coconut
milk powder, and full cream milk in a pan.
Add lychee flesh and mix. Once cool, pour
into kulfi molds and freeze for eight hours.

Turmeric kulfi

Boil milk with fresh turmeric. When cool,
add cardamom powder, honey, cream,
and whisk. Pour into kulfi molds and freeze
for two hours. Take out and whisk again.
Then freeze them again.
