Cumin water

Cumin is low in calories and helps in digestion. Add one teaspoon of cumin to a glass of
water. Keep it overnight. Strain the water
in the morning and consume it on an empty stomach. 

Chia seed water

Chia seeds are packed with protein, fiber,
and antioxidants. Add one-two teaspoon
of chia seeds to a glass of water. Soak for
a few minutes and drink it immediately in
the morning.

Fenugreek water

Low in calories, fenugreek helps to cut off
your belly fat. Add crushed fenugreek seeds to
boiling water and steep for four-five minutes.
Strain and consume one hour before bedtime.

Cinnamon
and honey water

This powerful drink helps to boost your
metabolism. Add one teaspoon of honey and half
a tablespoon of cinnamon powder to warm water
and mix well. Consume on an empty stomach.

Fennel water

The diuretic properties of fennel seeds help to detoxify your body. Mix one teaspoon of fennel seeds in water. Leave it overnight and drink it in the morning before breakfast.
