Kesar Pista biscuits

Mix ghee, sugar, saffron milk, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, plain flour, and
milk to make a dough. Roll and sprinkle pistachios on top; cut into shapes and
bake for 15 minutes.

Chocolate and
oats biscuits

Mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, flour, baking powder, baking soda, oats, chocolate chips, and grated apple. Bake for 15 minutes.

Atta biscuits

Knead wholemeal wheat, cinnamon powder, sugar, and chilled butter. Wrap in a paper and chill for half an hour. Roll the dough, cut it into biscuit shapes. Bake for 10 minutes.

Nankhatai

Knead ghee, sugar, flour, baking soda,
baking powder, semolina, powdered almond, powdered pistachios, and cardamom powder into a dough. Roll and cut it into shapes. Bake for 20 minutes.

Butter biscuits

Whisk softened butter, add powdered sugar, and beat. Add plain flour and salt and knead lightly. Roll the dough, and cut it into biscuit shapes. Bake for 10 minutes.
