Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt. Combine milk, peanut butter, egg, oil, banana, and vanilla extract separately. Mix both mixtures, & cook on a hot pan.
Mix paneer, tomatoes, onion, salt, turmeric powder, chaat masala, & cumin. Grind soaked moong dal & urad dal with green chilies. Cook the batter with filling inside.
Oats poha
Saute mustard & curry leaves,add green beans, peas, & carrots,& mix. Add onion, tomatoes, salt, coriander, turmeric, & red chili powder & toss well. Add the oats,mix well and serve hot.
Healthy greenpeas paratha
Puree green peas & mix with whole wheat flour, chopped green chilies, low-fat yogurt, & carom seeds, to make a dough. Roll out parathas & cook them in oil until golden.
