Peanut butter and banana pancakes

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt. Combine milk, peanut butter, egg, oil, banana, and vanilla extract separately. Mix both mixtures, & cook on a hot pan.

Dalia paneer upma

Saute mustard, cumin, red chili, cashews, curry leaves, ginger, green chili, carrot, peas, beans, cauliflower, tomato, turmeric, & salt. Add dalia, water, paneer, & coriander leaves.

Paneer stuffed moong dal cheela

Mix paneer, tomatoes, onion, salt, turmeric powder, chaat masala, & cumin. Grind soaked moong dal & urad dal with green chilies. Cook the batter with filling inside.

Oats poha

Saute mustard & curry leaves, add green beans, peas, & carrots, & mix. Add onion, tomatoes, salt, coriander, turmeric, & red chili powder & toss well. Add the oats, mix well and serve hot.

Healthy green peas paratha

Puree green peas & mix with whole wheat flour, chopped green chilies, low-fat yogurt, & carom seeds, to make a dough. Roll out parathas & cook them in oil until golden.
