Broccoli salad

In a large bowl, add blanched broccoli, onions, and dried cranberries. Whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, mustard, maple syrup, finely chopped garlic, and salt and toss.

Beet and goat
cheese salad

Mix spinach, mustard greens, rocket leaves, cooked beets, walnuts, and goat cheese.
Mix balsamic vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, orange juice, and drizzle on top, and toss.

Russian salad

Mix cubed boiled potatoes, carrots, eggs,
peas, pickled cucumber, cooked and cubed
ham, and parsley. Make a dressing with
mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, and
sour cream, and toss well.

Asian slaw salad

Mix miso paste, cashew butter, lemon juice, sesame oil, ginger, and water. Add cabbage, green onions, charred peppers, coriander leaves, mint, basil, chilies, and season with
sea salt.

Tomato and
watermelon salad

Arrange tomatoes, watermelon, and jalapeƱos.
Drizzle a dressing of soy sauce, lime juice,
vinegar, garlic paste, and ginger paste on
top, and add basil, cashews, and avocado.
