Mix mustard, olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper, and dunk slices of onion into it. Pour over lettuce, gherkins, cheddar cheese, and coriander leaves.
Broccoli and cheese salad
Combine broccoli florets, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced onion, olives, Monterrey Jack chunks, and cheddar chunks. Add a yogurt-based dressing and toss.
Cheese and bread salad
Mix mustard paste with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Cook buttered bread and small pieces of bacon until crisp. Mix them with lettuce, cheddar cheese and toss in the dressing.
Brussels Sprouts and Parmesan salad
Dry roast chili flakes, fennel seeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds. Add to shredded Brussels sprouts and pomegranate. Toss in dressing, and add shaved Parmesan.
Greek salad
Pour olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing on cucumbers, tomatoes, and capsicum into bite-sized chunks, and cut red onions. Crumble a block of feta on top and serve fresh.
