Saute finely chopped garlic and onion in oil for two minutes. Add chopped and boiled vegetables, water, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Add oats, coriander, and cook. Serve hot.
Garlic chutney
Mix peeled garlic, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt with 1/4 cup of water and blend well to form a fine paste. Your chutney is now ready to be served with jowar roti.
Garlic curry
Grind garlic, onions, and peppercorns, and cook with sauteed mustard seeds, vadagam, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, and dry red chili. Add salt, tomato, turmeric powder, & tamarind water.
Cheese garlic bread
Mix grated garlic with salted butter. Spread this on bread slices. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, oregano, red chili flakes, basil, and black pepper, and bake for five minutes.
Garlic naan
Dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Blend garlic, cumin seeds, green chilies, sugar, & lemon juice. Make dough with it, flour, yeast mix, oil, & salt. Cook naans in a tandoor.
