Besan ke laddoo

Stir fry gram flour in ghee for 30 minutes,
add sugar and cardamom, and mix. Shape
the mixture into round balls and press hard
to smoothen down the surface.

Til laddoo

Dry roast peanuts, sesame seeds, and coconut. Grind the roasted ingredients with cardamom
and grated jaggery. Add ghee and grind the
mix again. Shape the mixture into balls.

Oats and
dry fruits laddoo

Dry roast oats, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, and walnuts. Blend them together with cinnamon powder. Add rock sugar, and crushed cornflakes, and mix. Shape into balls.

Boondi ke laddoo

Prepare a thin batter with gram flour and water. Use a strainer to drop the batter through in hot oil to fry boondis. Mix boondis, dry fruits, syrup, and cardamom. Rest before shaping.

Coconut laddoo

Melt khoya; roast cashews and almonds in ghee. Saute desiccated coconut until light brown, add condensed milk and mix. Add the khoya paste then make laddoos with roasted nuts inside.
