Fruit salsa crepes

Mix strawberries, apples, peaches, & kiwis
with apple butter & refrigerate. Blend flour,
club soda, eggs, baking powder, sugar, salt,
& vanilla. Cook batter & top with the fruit mix.

Apple
cinnamon crepes

Chop apples & mix with cinnamon & brown
sugar. Rest for 20 minutes. Heat the apple mix
and warm plain crepes before serving. Add
apples on top of the crepe and fold them.

Coffee mascarpone cream crepes

Beat milk, soda, eggs, vanilla, coffee, & butter.
Add sugar, flour, cocoa, salt & mix. Cook the
batter. Beat mascarpone cheese, sugar, &
espresso and spread on crepes.

Chicken, spinach
& mushroom crepes

Sauté mushrooms, onions, green onions, salt,
spinach, & chicken. Mix melted butter, flour, &
milk. Pour over the chicken mix. Spread inside
crepes, add cheese & broil.

Red velvet crepes

Mix eggs, water, sugar, vanilla, milk, & butter.
Add cocoa powder, red food dye, & flour. Cook
the crepes. Whisk sugar, cream cheese, lemon
juice, & milk. Spread it on the crepes.
