Boil cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, tea leaves, water, and baking soda. After 10 minutes, put more water. Add milk, almonds, and pistachios. Boil and garnish with dried rose petals.
Boil some water. Add a piece of mulethi root and ginger to it along with tea leaves. Mix well. Add milk and honey and simmer the mixture. Strain and serve hot.
Slightly crush cardamom and clove and grate some ginger. Simmer water and add crushed spices, jaggery, ginger, and tea leaves. Add lemon juice and mint leaves. Boil and serve.

Boil turmeric, water, black peppercorns, ginger, crushed cardamom, and cinnamon for five minutes. Add sugar, milk, and tea leaves. Let it steep. Strain and discard the solids. Serve hot.
