Go for a walk

After a tiring workday, make it a point to move around. Step away from your desk and go for a short walk outside, even if it's just for a few minutes.

Do simple stretches

Do some quick stretches to ease the stiffness caused by sitting for long periods. Focus on your spine and hips, which can become compressed from sitting all day.

Relieve eye strain

Long hours in front of a computer can strain eyes causing dryness, irritation and difficulty focusing. Look at something green for 20 seconds to reduce strain.

Nutrient-rich snack

Look for snacks that contain protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats. These snacks will give you the energy you need and help you feel full until dinner.

Morning routine

Your morning routine sets the tone for the rest of your day. If you start off in a rush, you will likely feel rushed all day.
