Siddiqui was in Dubai when he learned about his mother's health. He returned to Mumbai but his brother Faizuddin didn't let him meet her, reportedly.

His mother filed an FIR against his wife, Aaliya, over a property dispute. The case was filed after the latter moved to their Versova residence.

Their marriage
Siddiqui and Aaliya were in a live-in relationship before they got married in 2009. They are blessed with two children - daughter Shora (12) and son Yaani (7).
