Joe Cole to headline 'Nightsleeper'

Joe Cole and Alexandra Roach will headline BBC's upcoming thriller series 'Nightsleeper.' The filming of the six-part series is underway in Glasgow, Scotland.

Nick Leather will be the primary writer and executive producer of the show, while Jamie Magnus Stone ('Doctor Who') and John Hayes ('Dublin Murders') will be the directors.

'Nightsleeper' is a real-time thriller about two strangers who collaborate to save passengers' lives on a Glasgow to London train. These two people have never even met!

Per Lindsay Salt, the director of BBC Drama, the show will be an 'adrenaline-fueled thriller' while Leather has termed it a 'real rollercoaster.'
