Movies premiering at Venice Film Festival

The 80th edition of the Venice Film Festival promises an exciting line-up of films that will have their world premieres, despite the ongoing Hollywood strike.

'The Killer'

The festival will feature premieres of highly anticipated films, including David Fincher's 'The Killer,' starring Michael Fassbender and based on Alexis Nolent's novel of the same name.

'Hit Man'

Richard Linklater's action comedy 'Hit Man,' starring Glen Powell and Adria Arjona, is set for a September 2023 release.

'Poor Things'

Yorgos Lanthimos's 'Poor Things,' with a star-studded cast including Mark Ruffalo and Emma Stone, will have its world premiere at the festival.

'Maestro'

Bradley Cooper's 'Maestro,' a biopic on composer Leonard Bernstein, features Cooper and Carey Mulligan in lead roles.

'Priscilla'

Sofia Coppola's 'Priscilla,' based on Priscilla Presley's memoir Elvis and Me, stars Jacob Elordi and Cailee Spaeny as Elvis and Priscilla Presley.
