Hosts of the opening ceremony

The Busan International Film Festival officially announced Lee Je-hoon and Park Eun-bin as the hosts for the opening ceremony on Sunday.

Annual celebration

Recognized as one of the globe's most prestigious film festivals, this annual celebration is reportedly held for 10 days from the first Thursday of October.

Korean Cinema Today segment

The Korean Cinema Today segment—introduced last year—showcases three prominent upcoming Korean commercial films: 'Believer 2,' 'Ballerina,' and 'Hopeless.'

On Screen segment

The 'On Screen' segment is the official OTT section in BIFF. This year, the segment boasts a lineup of five Korean films and one Indonesian film.

'Malati, My Love' in BIFF lineup

Among the selected 30 films for the Asian Project Market (APM), Indian filmmaker, Rima Das's, 'Malati, My Love,' will be showcased at the festival.
