Disney, on Tuesday, announced the rescheduling of release dates for its upcoming 'Marvel,' 'Star Wars,' and 'Avatar' movies, amidst the ongoing writers' strike.

Disney's move is likely related to the Hollywood writers' strike, which is expected to cause production shutdowns.

Avenger films release date

'Avengers: The Kang Dynasty' will release on May 1, 2026. 'Captain America: Brave New World' has been rescheduled from May 2024 to July 2024.

'Avatar' sequels date

Helmed by James Cameron, the release date for 'Avatar 3' has been pushed back by a year and now is scheduled for December 19, 2025.

'Deadpool' preponed

The 'Deadpool 3's' release date was moved up to May 2024. Meanwhile, the 'Fantastic Four' release date pushed back to a later date in 2025.
