Qatar World Cup opening ceremony: Who'll perform, where to watch?

Timing

The 2022 World Cup opening ceremony will start around two hours before the tournament's first match, between hosts Qatar and Ecuador, which will kickstart on November 20 at 9:30 pm IST.

Performances

FIFA has not yet confirmed the list of stars who will be performing at the opening ceremony. But Jungkook, Black Eyed Peas, J Balvin, Nora Fatehi, and Patoranking are expected to perform.

Confirmed

In September, American rapper Lil Baby released the official anthem for the World Cup, confirming he would be performing at the tournament. However, he has not yet revealed any details.

How to watch live?

The Indian broadcasting rights of the FIFA World Cup have been bought by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. Alternatively, one can watch it on Voot, Sports18, and Sports18 HD, too.
