Alia Bhatt reportedly purchased three new properties in Mumbai worth over Rs. 40 crore, with two as gifts for her sister and one for her production house.

Bhatt bought a new property worth Rs. 37.80 crore in Mumbai's Bandra neighborhood for her production house, in addition to two other flats she purchased in the city.

Details of the luxurious flat

The Bandra flat, situated at Pali Hill, is spread across 2,497 sq ft. She brought it from Gold Street Mercantile Company, paying a stamp duty of Rs. 2.26 crore.

Gifts for sister Shaheen

The actor gifted two flats to her sister in Gigi Apartments, Juhu, for a total price of Rs. 7.68 crore. She also paid a stamp duty of Rs. 30.75 lakh, said reports.
