The Judge accepted Microsoft's evidence. Microsoft committed to keeping Call of Duty on PlayStation for 10 years and bringing it to Switch.

Microsoft moves closer to completing Activision deal after the favorable court decision but must address UK block by negotiating with CMA.

UK's CMA and Microsoft agreed to pause their legal battle. They will negotiate to reach an agreement over CMA's cloud gaming concerns.
