Google's appeal

Google has appealed the Supreme Court against the NCLAT order that upheld CCI's Rs. 1,337.76 crore fine against the tech giant.

The NCLAT upheld CCI's order that found that Google abused its dominant position in the Android market. The tribunal gave Google partial relief.

Google has appealed to the Supreme Court to dismiss the monetary and non-monetary directives imposed by the CCI.
